Dual Mod Shield?
Hey guys, this isn't quite a Price Check, but rather, is this a glitched shield or is it normal to have these mods?
 Also, I guess since it's r13 and it doesn't have max mods, it wouldn't go for much, so I'm really just asking if this is abnormal or not, thanks

Why would this be a glitched shield ?
That's a normal shield drop with 2 mods.... |
